PMO Analyst

Description

SHL is seeking a seasoned Analyst with strong background in Project Management and PMO related experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the PMO manager in managing, analyzing and tracking of the existing project portfolio
  • Prepare project status reports; Building reports and dashboards
  • KPI monitoring and reporting; Portfolio analysis
  • Schedule meetings with stakeholders as needed and assist in the development of the presentation and published meeting notes
  • Manage employee idea submissions to the Program Manage Office, schedule monthly review meetings and communicate to stakeholders on status
  • Maintain the Program Management Office SharePoint page
  • Support project managers on assigned projects/enhancements scope, deliverables, approach, timelines, business resource plans, cost, governance and managing project change requests

Your qualifications

  • 1. Degree in Engineering, business administration or IT
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a PMO environment
  • Project management experience and proficiency in state of the art PM methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices to include schedule, issue, and risk management
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • Strong intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills; excellent written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of basic data processing and analysis technics
  • Advanced knowledge in SAP, O365/MS Excel, MS Project Server and SharePoint
  • Strong interest in Project Analytics and Continuous Improvement
  • Strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and attention to detail
